Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026.
ClientUnlocked exists for relevant, honest, business-to-business outreach. Breaking these rules leads to suspension.
You must
- Only contact people in their professional capacity about offers relevant to their role or business.
- Identify yourself truthfully, include your legal business name and a valid postal address (the Service adds these automatically).
- Honor every opt-out immediately and permanently (automated for you).
- Have a lawful basis for every contact you import, and record the source.
- Obtain prior consent where the law requires it, including for recipients in Germany and Austria, and follow CASL for Canada.
You must not
- Email consumers, personal inboxes, or purchased/rented lists without documented consent.
- Use deceptive subject lines, fake "Re:"/"Fwd:" threads, false sender names or misleading claims.
- Send content that is illegal, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes gambling, crypto investment schemes, debt relief, adult products, weapons, or regulated pharmaceuticals.
- Phish, spread malware, or collect credentials or payment data.
- Upload special-category data (health, religion, etc.) or data about children.
- Scrape sites through the Service in ways that bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or robots.txt, or point the Service at platforms whose terms forbid it (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Rotate domains or mailboxes to evade blocks, or exceed sending limits by using multiple accounts.
Health thresholds
We may pause sending when a workspace's bounce rate exceeds 5% or its spam complaint rate exceeds 0.3% (Google/Yahoo bulk-sender threshold).
