Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ClientUnlocked ("Service"), operated by Ase Studios, LLC ("we"), 18 India Street Brooklyn NY 11222. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.

1. Who can use ClientUnlocked

You must be at least 18 and, if you sign up for a company or organization, authorized to bind it. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to everyone you contact.

2. Your responsibilities as sender

You are the sender and the data controller for the prospects you contact. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR and ePrivacy/PECR (EU/UK), CASL (Canada) and similar laws, and for following our Acceptable Use Policy. Our compliance features help but do not replace your own legal judgement.

3. Subscription and billing

The Growth plan costs US$200 per month (one user), billed in advance via Stripe after any free trial. Usage limits reset monthly and do not roll over. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are handled under our Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel online in the app. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

4. Connected mailboxes

You authorize us to send email and read inbox metadata (sender, subject, reply and bounce headers) from mailboxes you connect, solely to run your sequences. Credentials are encrypted at rest. You may disconnect at any time.

5. Data

You own your data. We process prospect data on your behalf under our Data Processing Addendum. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Suspension

We may suspend sending or accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, generate excessive complaints or bounces, or put our infrastructure or other customers at risk.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee data accuracy, deliverability or results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your outreach content, your lists, or your breach of law or these Terms.
